Project Vision

The One Bodrum is a unique residential project located in Yalıkavak, one of the most exclusive destinations on the Aegean coast, redefining luxury living. Backed by Birleşik Gayrimenkul’s strong investment vision, the project aims to become a new icon of contemporary architecture in Bodrum, shaped around the pillars of quality, elegance, and sustainability.

Architecture and Design

The development consists of a total of 400 independent units, planned across five phases. Within Phase 2A, which was undertaken by CDM Projects, 17 villas and 5 residences were designed. Each building merges the clean lines of modern architecture with landscape designs that harmonize with nature, all while maintaining a respectful approach to Bodrum’s unique character and texture.
