Project Vision

The Çengelköy Urban Transformation Project is a pioneering development that brings together modern living and historical heritage in one of Istanbul’s most established neighborhoods. Designed with a comprehensive transformation approach, the project aims not only to renew buildings but also to enhance quality of life, social infrastructure, and urban aesthetics.

Architecture and Design

The project comprises five residential blocks, each rising 10 stories above two basement parking levels. Designed in two different typologies, the blocks provide both variety and aesthetic harmony.

Supported by indoor and outdoor swimming pools, social facilities, walking paths, and extensive landscaped green areas, the project aims to offer residents a combination of comfort, security, and visual appeal.
