The project summary

Located in Pazar, Rize, this residential project has been designed with full consideration of the region’s unique topography and Black Sea climate conditions. The project represents an integrated architectural and engineering process covering all disciplines, including architecture, structural, mechanical, and electrical design. Consisting of a total of 15+2 residential units, the project was developed not only with a focus on architectural aesthetics but also with strong emphasis on constructability, sustainability, and full compliance with local regulations. Site slope, landscape orientation, solar exposure, and natural ventilation were key parameters shaping the design decisions.The scope of work included concept and preliminary architectural design, all permit-related project documentation, detailed construction drawings, and full BIM-based interdisciplinary coordination, all delivered under a single, comprehensive design management process. Developed in accordance with local regulations, regional construction techniques, and site-specific conditions, the project aims to create a contemporary, high-quality residential environment that is sensitive to its local context.
